Our role
IronFlow Legal is a legal marketing and lead generation company. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not select or evaluate legal claims. When a person submits information through one of our campaigns, that information may be provided to a participating law firm that decides independently whether to contact the person or accept a matter.
How we are compensated
IronFlow Legal is compensated by participating law firms for marketing and lead generation services. Compensation arrangements do not affect the legal advice or representation a person may later receive from any law firm, and no person submitting information is charged a fee by IronFlow Legal.
No endorsement or referral of a specific attorney
Transmission of an inquiry to a participating law firm is not a recommendation or endorsement of that firm and is not a certification of any attorney’s qualifications, expertise, or experience. Individuals are free to consult any attorney of their choosing.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting information through an IronFlow Legal campaign does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when a law firm and a client agree to representation, typically through a signed agreement.
Time-sensitive claims
Legal claims are subject to filing deadlines that vary by state and claim type. Delay in consulting an attorney may affect legal rights. Nothing on this site should be relied on as advice about any deadline that applies to a specific situation.
