Legal lead generation,
answered.
How our workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident lead program works — qualification, exclusivity, pricing, TCPA compliance, and returns.
What case types do you generate leads for?+
Ironflow Legal specializes in workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. Both case types are screened against your firm's written criteria before delivery on a pay-per-lead basis.
How do you qualify a workers' comp lead?+
Every claimant answers the same qualifying set: date and mechanism of injury, employer name and industry, W-2 employment status, whether the injury was reported to the employer, body parts affected, medical treatment status, time missed from work, whether a claim has been filed, denied or is being paid, and confirmation that the claimant is not currently represented.
How do you qualify a motor vehicle accident lead?+
MVA claimants confirm date and location of the crash, fault narrative, injuries sustained, medical treatment sought or planned, availability of a police report, insurance coverage on both sides (including UM/UIM), and that they are not currently represented by another attorney.
Are the leads exclusive?+
Yes. Every workers' comp and MVA lead is contractually assigned to a single firm in a single market. We never share, resell, or recycle claimants.
What does 'pay-per-lead' actually mean?+
One flat price per delivered, pre-qualified lead. No retainers, no monthly minimums, no setup fees, no revenue share on signed cases. You pay only for records that clear your written criteria.
Do you cover all 50 states?+
Yes. We route each claimant to the venue rules where the injury or accident occurred and screen against that state's statute of limitations, employer thresholds (for WC), and fault regime (for MVA).
How is TCPA compliance handled?+
Every submission carries one-to-one express written consent naming the receiving firm, a TrustedForm certificate, IP address, timestamp, and a full form-session replay. Consent records and call recordings are retained and available on request.
What happens if a lead doesn't meet our criteria?+
You have a seven-day return window. Any record that fails your filters — wrong state, prior representation, off-criteria injury, duplicated contact, invalid phone — is replaced free of charge.
How fast can we start receiving leads?+
Most firms are live within five to seven business days after we finalize case criteria, connect intake (API, CRM, or intake line), and confirm state availability.
Are there long-term contracts?+
No. Engagements are pay-as-you-go. You can pause, resume, or stop lead flow at any time.
Do you resell rejected leads?+
No. Exclusive means exclusive for the life of the record.
What integrations do you support?+
Real-time API push into most intake platforms and CRMs (Litify, Filevine, Lawmatics, HubSpot, Salesforce, CallRail, etc.), with email and SMS fallback carrying the full record and screening notes.
